I currently live in Heber, Utah. My career in healthcare/health & fitness began in Philadelphia, PA while completing my master's degree in exercise physiology at Temple University. I led exercise staff at an exercise program for those 55+ as a result of an NIH grant studying exercise and aging. Upon my arrival in Georgia, I worked at Northeast Georgia Health System as the Director of Wellness. Most recently, I was the Director of Programs & Services at the National MS Society in Utah. Although proud of my executive positions, I truly missed the "hands on" of working with people. What better way to meet that goal than to become a massage therapist! I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2011. I am licensed in UT and GA, board certified NCTMB, S4OM preferred provider and certified in manual lymphatic drainage. In addition, I am a certified personal trainer. How can I help you?
